RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. Rivay gladly accepts returns of unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with all tags attached in the original packaging for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of the original purchase.
Returns are easy:
To return a product, contact a Rivay team member at email@example.com to receive an authorized RMA number to initiate your return. For authorized returns with an RMA number, adhere the USPS return label included in your order package onto your return package, and return your package via a United States Postal Service (USPS) authorized location, drop-off point, or scheduled pick up. Please do not combine returns from multiple orders in the same return shipment, as this will delay the processing of your return.
Once the order is received and inspected by Rivay we will process the refund. Please note that a restocking fee of $6.00 will be deducted from your final refund.
Items marked final sale may not be returned or exchanged. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt. Please allow up to one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
Please contact a Rivay team member at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will be happy to process an exchange for you.
For authorized exchanges, adhere the USPS return label included in your order package onto your return package, and return your package via a United States Postal Service (USPS) authorized location, drop-off point, or scheduled pick up. Once the package is received and inspected by Rivay we then process the exchange and ship out the new product within 24 hours.
We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges on international orders.
