Interesting history behind this item. Built in 1921, the Hotel Texas soon became the Hilton Forth Worth and would be the last place John F. Kennedy, Jr. stayed before his assassination on November 22, 1963. President Kennedy and first lady Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis stayed in Room 850 on the night of November 21, 1963.
