Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with you purchase. Rivay gladly accepts returns of unworn, unaltered, unwashed, undamaged or defective merchandise with all tags attached in the original packaging for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. After 14 days, returns are eligible for an exchange or store credit only. 

Price Adjustment Policy

If the price of an item you have purchased drops (or qualifies for a promotion) within 5 days of your order and the item you ordered is still in stock in the size and fit you ordered, we will be happy to adjust the price for you.

 

Returns & exchanges are simple:

Simply email us and we'll be happy to assist you with a prepaid return label should the return be within the return window. Once you receive the prepaid USPS return label, you may drop your return package off at any USPS location.

To get your exchange to you quicker, we ship the replacement item out as soon as the original order is in transit.

For returns, once the order is received and inspected by Rivay we process the refund to the original form of payment.

 

Final Sale

Items marked and that appear under the collection "ARCHIVE SALE" are FINAL SALE and may not be returned or exchanged. 

International orders

We are currently not accepting returns or exchanges on international orders.
