Barrow Wool Herringbone Double Breasted Topcoat

Our relationship with Fox Brothers® continues with the Barrow, a double-breasted topcoat made from a beautiful tan wool herringbone. The legendary mill in the west of England has been producing some of the world’s finest woolen and worsted cloth for more than 250 years, and there are few fabrics we’d rather build a coat around.

The herringbone has incredible depth and texture, with subtle variation in the tan that reveals itself the closer you look. The Barrow has a more tailored double-breasted shape, with broad peak lapels and a longer length. We designed it to be worn simply over a woven shirt or sweater rather than a sport coat, keeping the silhouette clean and closer to the body.

This is the kind of coat that only gets better with time. Look after the Barrow and there’s no reason it shouldn’t be around for the next generation. A proper topcoat made with an extraordinary cloth from one of the most storied fabric mills in the world.
