Ennis Selvedge Denim Western Shirt in Medium Wash

The best denim shirts are the ones that already look like they’ve lived a little.

Somewhere along the line we all come across one - a vintage denim shirt that’s been worn for years, where the indigo has softened and faded in just the right places. That broken-in patina was the starting point for the Ennis.

To get there, we started with an authentic selvedge denim from Japan. Woven on vintage shuttle looms, the fabric has the kind of density and texture that modern denim rarely captures. It’s substantial without feeling heavy and the indigo has a depth that only improves with wear.

From there, we focused on the wash. After multiple rounds of development, we landed on a medium vintage wash that gives the shirt the look of a well-loved favorite from day one - like something you’ve owned for years rather than just pulled off the rack.

We finished it finished with classic western details like snap closures and a traditional western yoke, but also ran a subtle flash of that beautiful selvedge edge along the interior placket. The Ennis is our take on a true denim staple, done the right way.
