great vintage reference on the Land Rover, written by marque historian James Taylor and filled with period photography covering civilian, military and special-purpose vehicles.

What makes this copy particularly special is the ephemera tucked inside. It includes paperwork from Rovers North, the longtime Vermont Land Rover specialists, along with their July 1995 vehicle list showing the vintage Land Rovers and Range Rovers they had for sale at the time; complete with descriptions, mileage and asking prices.

The list alone is a fantastic snapshot of the Land Rover market 30 years ago and makes this much more interesting than the book on its own.

A great piece for the Land Rover enthusiast.
