The Alden Plain Toe Blucher in shell cordovan is one of the most enduring shoes ever made. Made in Alden's Middleborough, Massachusetts factory using Horween’s legendary shell cordovan leather, it’s known for its deep color, natural luster and ability to age beautifully over time.

Unlike traditional calfskin, shell cordovan develops character slowly - resisting creasing and instead forming soft rolls across the vamp as it breaks in. With wear, the leather takes on a rich patina unique to the owner.

The simple plain-toe design keeps things versatile. It’s refined enough for tailoring yet relaxed enough to wear with denim, chinos, or flannel trousers.
