Alden LHS Loafer 6243F in Snuff Suede

This is our go-to Alden. The Leisure Hand-Sewn, or LHS, is the brand’s most versatile loafer; easy to pair with denim, chinos, or even tailored shorts. Made from soft calfskin suede and left unlined for comfort, the LHS breaks in almost instantly. We regard it as the most comfortable shoe Alden makes straight out of the box.

Sizing Recommendation: Size down 1/2 Size

Built on the Van last, the LHS features a higher-cut vamp and a lower-volume toe box. The Van last runs about 1/2 size larger than the standard US size, so we recommend sizing down 1/2 size.
