The Corso is our first dress shirt and we knew from the beginning that it had to be made in Naples.
For over three decades, the small family workshop that makes our shirts has focused on a single garment: the shirt. That singular focus is evident in every detail. Cut and sewn according to Neapolitan tailoring tradition, the Corso combines a clean, modern silhouette with the kind of handwork rarely found outside Italy.
A hand-finished armhole provides greater comfort and freedom of movement, while traditional side gussets reinforce one of the shirt's most common stress points. The signature Zampa di Gallina button attachment, recognizable by its distinctive crow's-foot stitching, offers added durability and serves as a subtle hallmark of authentic Neapolitan shirtmaking.
For the fabric, we turned to Thomas Mason®, the historic English shirting mill now woven in Italy by the Albini Group®. Woven from fine cotton yarns, the pinpoint oxford offers the crisp appearance of a traditional dress shirt with a softer hand and more subtle texture than a broadcloth. It's the kind of fabric that works equally well with tailoring during the week and on its own with chinos or denim on the weekend.
